Anyway, if you check Wiki, it says Hal Sparks was Cobra Commander.

@Skyfire1977 Wiki is most definitely wrong. I produced these myself and Hal Sparks had nothing to do with it. I think the confusion comes from the fact that in one of the other Cobra Commander's Day Off videos Cobra does some graffiti on a poster of Hal Sparks. The guy playing Cobra is just a huge fan who made the costume himself.  We paid him for the day to shoot the videos.
