@THECOLOMBIANROACH I keep my 02 FXDL at 1100 RPM idle for that exact reason! It used to be that an old HD could idle at 750-850, but the oil circulation just isn't the same on a later bike. Keeping the RPMs below 1000RPM means someone's going to need engine work eventually.

Your killing the bike your rpm needs to be a 1000 at idle otherwise it can't get oil to the heads.
