I find it interesting how many short cast handstands there are in 96, obviously that wasn't a deduction as it is now

Bi Wenjing has the most beautiful cast to handstand of all 8 finalists.

I will never, ever forget Bi Wenjing's Gaylord. I remember gasping when I watched in '96 because I didn't know that she caught the bar. Amazing!

Though the order is arguable, the top 3 certainly were the best, most difficult and original routines. Well done, judges and athletes.
