1st part is by Bhagat Sheikh Fareed Ji

Many talk of the pain and suffering of separation; O pain, you are the ruler of all.

Fareed, that body, within which love of the Lord does not well up - look upon that body as a cremation ground.

The word used in the Granth is in context to a human as a whole,making it a core of a living being. Pain joy sorrow,etc are all part of it. They can only coexist,So why cry for the very reason of your existance.

dI am surprised to see that "we" humans constantly curve or adapt the scriptures into an immidiate consolation for our mind.Hense, disregarding the real meaning of the words implied. Let's start with "Birah". I was surprised to see a one word explanation of the word whereas the person or (Guru) writting the word must have ment a lot more indepth reason. The word "Birah" started in vedic incriptions. Birah=seperation (but why?.It is taken in context to Doli Bride leaving her parents forever.
