Actually humans can be healthier without meat. tofu has more protein and less fat than beef. nuts have all kinds of healthy fats. no meat can compare to the amount of vitamins in fruits.

Tofu is proccessed from soybeans that are grown in large fields sprayed with chemicals that poison anything that eats them (like a rabbit looking for food). It's much healthier to have a balance of foods. And I don't eat beef unless I'm at a potluck in a local Mosque (and it has to be strictly treated well). I mostly eat chicken and lamb and fish. Look up the book "The Vegetarian Myth" in google. Anyways, I agree with the ALF on everything else.
