  • yo i think ur kick needs abit more balance and proper form. when u do a round house make sure ur supporting leg stands on the ball of ur feet so its easier to rotate and not injure ur knees. Also use hip power when rotating, it can make a HUGE difference.when u do a push kick, make sure ur supporting leg/feet is angled, and not straight, u may injure ur ankle. . If u need help man, i can give u tips. Safer training :)

  • i've trained with this guy. his form is not so pretty (then), but his kicks are among the most powerful i've felt. and i've trained with a lot of people with powerful kicks.
