Dude, Jamal went on the game show to find his girlfriend. And the dance scene, and the whole movie, is a paying homage to Bollywood films. But it isn't a Bollywood film, even though it's made in India.
Uh...were you not paying attention during the movie? I don't know if you remember or not, but right before Jamal was to be taken to be blinded by their caretaker, he and Lakita were talking about living their lives together as adults and she asked him "will you dance with me?"
There you go, the reason for the end scene. Might want to see a movie more than once before making a review.

But anyway, I'll take your word that the line was included. Still, though did she ask him, "when we're adults, do you want to have a really complex, choreographed dance with everybody on a train station platform though we clearly didn't have time to practice?"
the dance scene was not IN the movie it was for the credits and towards the end after all the horibale stuff he gets the girl wins the money you just feel so good walking out of this movie a dance was a shock and a perfect fit! As for the game part thats the whole POINT of the movie. and you get to see how he grew to knew the answers cause they thought he was cheating GReat plot perfect ending and yes jamal did say that when hes all you will dance with me wont u? He starts dancing lol

ok dude i am from india. i know some bollywood dances and movies from bollywood sucks. but the majority is good.
please sont say that bollywood is bad because of some bad ones.
