Shonaripa and 1jaredjacobs down there are right, the way he is doing them will royally screw up your back. Make sure that you're using your abs and not your hipflexors.
I can't do but like two myself, so don't ask, but search for Bruce Lee sit ups and the first result is exactly how these should be done.

I also found that weighted inverted sit ups helped me a lot with developing my strength on these.

pretty good form. Impressive. It's called a dragon flag or body lever in gymnastics. One of the best ground-based abdominal exercises you can do IMO.
