@Skakhti I practice every day for a bout 2 hours. If you want a lower growl try to close up the throat and dont push too much air out. But for me in the screaming I open the throat. Don't do it too long (you may cough out blood) I started at 15 min a day, then 30 after a couple of months than of course an hour, and so on. BUT Make sure to press down on the chest. Thats how I learned anyway. Hope it works for ya dude. Rock on \m/
