  • @666animalmother where

  • if i was on the phone talking to this call center agent, i'll be "take me off your list asshole"

  • what is with the hand gestures?

be more patient with your customers. Americans complain even with the smallest things. It is their right and there will always be difficult people in the other end. you are paid to help resolve issues and you should do your job well.

  • @ricman46 american..sucks!you know you paid for that item..on sale..and you demand for more than its worth.and you know that.and you act stupid about it.so,you can suck more that it can give!so,american is a sucker..a fucking sucker.you know the things you ask for its not included..but yet you are asking for it....!!juz to please suckers like you...why not!!!

  • @louiserecente can you post in a more educated manner? with your choice of words, you can never give anybody good customer service.

for all you know, this irate and unreasonable client is the reason you are getting your paycheck. some of you just don't understand what "customer service" is all about.

  • @ricman46 as i told you..you know that you did not pay for that services.dont give me shit about this guy is the one paying my paycheck.I dont work at call center,i work here at California.and i know you American..are the suckers of stupidity when it comes to customer services.you ask for something impossible.not included with what you haggle for.....you did not pay for it.so,dont give me shit about paycheck.you suck out my paycheck cuz you suck it out!!!hahaha.

  • @louiserecente obviously, you don't have good education. you claim to work in California but your post doesn't have any grammar. talk to somebody in your level of education.

  • @ricman46: Very true! Aussies also complain about small things, especially when we're redirected to a call centre in a foreign country (I'm not being racist - I am a Filipina and also work in a call centre here in Australia). I just feel that this guy is bored and dull sounding....extremely mono-toned. Not very good at all.

  • To all Filipino Customer Service Agents:

Wag nang mag kunwaring American accent kayo. No matter how good you think you are in speaking, mahahalata pa rin kayo na mga Pilipino.

There is nothing wrong in learning the American accent. But if a Kabayan from the US recognizes you, you should acknowledge him in return. We understand you cannot speak Tagalog at work but saying "kumusta po", "Pilipino po pala kayo" won't hurt.

Pretending that you are not Filipino by faking your accent is lame.

  • I don't like his accent.

I love the natural Philippine english accent, not this one. trying hard to sound like a New Yorker.

  • not a joke but it is really hard to be a Call Center Agent....been there done that. Bading are good in chatting though! And he is funny behind it! hahaha

  • not a joke but it is really hard to be a Call Center Agent....been there done that.

  • ayaw unahin ung client ... nagawa pang makipag-chat ni bakla .....

  • We all have preferences and we all make our choices. Not that I am saying that I have a successful carrier and a happy life, it's as simple as quitting when you're no longer happy. If you have voiced your angst out and expressed to the management your comments and you think they never listen or they seem not to care, you can hand them your resignation letter. From there, you can freely seek employment and find a better job or company. Research. Get feedback from employees about the company.

  • Also, it is a matter of adjusting to the culture of the company and embracing it, understanding your role as an agent may it be Support, Sales or Customer Service. You and the company should meet halfway. If companies will just keep on granting employees' concerns, the business loses and the account will pull-out. However, if the company is very demanding and does not care about its employee's feelings and concerns, they'll resign and no one will take those calls.

  • Oh well, a smart person will surely understand what Im trying to point out. Sometimes, favors and concerns are being granted to hardworking and diligent employees. If you are giving your company a half-baked and substandard performance, think first before you demand for changes and better things to happen in the work place. Publicizing an angst or disappointment about your job only makes sense if your concern is valid and not biased or self-centered.

  • One example is shift or schedule. The callcenter industry ( most companies or accounts in a callcenter ) would change its shift every three months and you are made aware of this during your pre-employment orientation. After like 6 months or a year, you go complaining about it? You are totally aware that youll get calls from dumbs, ignorant, weird people and those with attitude so why pursue the job when you know its goin g to be too much for you?

  • A management concern is a valid issue especially if it concerns the personal attitude of a supervisor or a manager towards team members or colleagues. If the lady boss is bitchy, go ahead and let the online world know about it. I mean, let's think first before we speak up and spread our disappointments to the world about our job. Let's try to make sense out of our complaints, angst and frustrations. If you're no longer happy with the job, give it to others who may enjoy it and get paid for it.

  • wow

  • hahahahah natawa ako !!! raaaaaawr!! tang ina mo!!! hahahahahahahaah

  • hihihihihi

  • hahaha! buhay call center, sarap pumatay ng tao kapag ang kausap mo hindi marunong makaintindi. hahaha! mute agad tapos sabay putang ina mo!

  • i like him....hes great....lol...

  • he sounds silly faking his accent. he should learn to speak clearly and not do the fake american twang.

  • @strfruit -try to answer his call man... he's my friend. remember? ahhahahaha

  • @strfruit

That's how all Filipinos sound when speaking english, no faking whatsoever....

  • @jonascheah that's not true. i'm filipino and i know :-) some do, those who lived in the states have the american twang... but hey, even in the states, without looking you can tell when it's a pinoy speaking english. how? the choice of words and idioms. one can fake an accent but usage will always give him away :-)

  • @strfruit yes he is not american. what do u expect?! engot

  • Comment removed

  • @strfruit right --

  • at magsup-call ka pa!!! hahaha!!!! liked the roar!!!

  • actually its in winsource..

  • hgahahha. siguro that is from One global Contact center? i think the one with asterisk is not an optional. hahah.. wala lang. sayang SAle na sana..

  • nope :)

  • haha..he looks familiar!

  • uhmn....

  • I absolutely Hate working in a call center. I am ready to quit, LOL. Loved this video because this is what happens when stupid people call call centers. We mute them and make fun of their stupidity. Loved watching this. All the crazy, not all there people call and expect the Associate answering to wave a magic wand and give them their every wish and command. Sucks, Sucks, Sucks

  • @mendezsunshine - hehehehe he's so funny!!!

  • @angelnurse02 - hahaha... ganyan talag buhay ng call center..

  • @mendezsunshine you should be ashamed of yourself for doing that. you are getting paid to do your job and what you do is "mute" customers. do you realize you do not have a job if there are no customers?

  • @ricman46 Yes, but I don't get paid to be the world's punching bag! The people who should be ashamed of themselves are people who call the call centers and harrass the very people who are trying to help them. The "mute" button keeps some people from getting their asses cussed at. Have you ever worked in a call center??? I don't know of one person who does that never mutes the customers.

  • @mendezsunshine a common behavior among call center agents doesn't make a mistake right. "muting" customers call is not right. never is and never will.

offensive language from customers on the other hand is unacceptable. it should be approached professionally. be upfront with the customer that you understand he is upset about a service/product but using foul language is not acceptable. express that you value his service and inform him that you will put down the phone if he will continue cussing

  • @ricman46 yeah you're absolutely right.

if he don't want what he's doing then better quit the job.

get another job and wish that THE ENVIRONMENT WOULD ADJUST FOR HIM. lol

  • @mendezsunshine then quit bitch. just saying.

  • he sounds like michelle obama hahahhahaha

  • that is so funny!!! LMAO!
