They need to make a game in China because US and China were the two primary countries that caused the nuclear war in the Fallout storyline so there should be a game that shows the Chinese perspective and what the US did to China. All of the games and DLC's have been in the United States.

Simple. After beating the game you'll be opened up to a big armory and inside are all the weapons from it and the Winterized Power Armor is right in the middle.

I went in the room- had all my weapons, when I went out they killed the girl so I went back to the save, took the weapons n so.. but I then putted out a "few" mines hehe.. so the guys died, but u had 2 friends with u, I didnt, I only had teh girl with me?

I understand what you mean. If you do it incorrectly, you might get the ending where only the girl or only the guy or both of them are alive.

That's most likely not a glitch. The commander and girl fight with you, and the girl most likely lived through the fight when the commander died. It's happened to me a ton of times whilst filming this.

Actually, this was part of the story. I realized that after I let the commander go to the armory first. Then one of the soldiers was pissed off at him and finally betrays the Commander and so one.

Pretty much. After you helped them, they didn't want you keeping all the stuff, so they ended up just flat out wanting you dead and all the weapons. But alas, they were no match for my Deathclaw Gauntlet!

This is a glitch I had, if it doesn't work the first time, leave the elevator room, then go back in. Hit the switch again for it to bring you down.

No. the Outcasts just didn't want him taking all the stuff, and yes, it does suck that the 360 and the PC get DLC when the PS3. I'm sure they will release the stuff for the PS3 soon.

The outcasts? Well, the leader of those guys promised you about half of the things in this chamber full of old pre-war weapons and armor, the other guys didn't like that so they decided to kill the leader, you, and anyone else who didn't follow by them.

In Operation Anchorage you go through a simulation, all your guns are replaced by someone else, but you get them back when you beat the simulation. In The Pitt, you go in as a slave, causing a guy to take all your stuff, but again, you get it back (make sure to save before you enter, though) And for Broken Steel, I can't confirm but that will be released on May 5th.

Easy. Download the expansion, walk around for a bit and it'll tell you about a radio thing. It'll give you the Outcast Station. Go there, fight off the Super Mutants, talk to the guy, he'll ask why your there or something. Go down, agree to help, put on the suit, sit in the simulation chair, enjoy.

Yes. Everything you around Operation Anchorage you get to have and keep. Stealth suit, T5-1B Power Armor, Outcast Power Armor, everything. Just look closely around if you don't see something you saw in the DLC.
