I spent a lot of time with David on the motor line at lap. He was my friend. He called me the day before he enlisted and asked me if I thought he should enlist. I told him, no. He said he wanted to do something with his life that not many people could say they've done. I told him that serving his country was an honorable thing to do, but I did want anything to happen to him. I could tell that he wasn't listening, and that his mind was already set. Blessings to his family. David is with the Lord.
