  • God I love Belgian Waffles!

  • This is it!!! I am still hoping that some cute girl will cover this lovely and funny song for the german song contest called DSDS - my vote would be sure... In my opinion more radio stations should play this song every day and night - `cause the lyrics are so sweet and handsome... love this!

  • This is my favorite version of Belgian Waffles! OMG this was so great to dance to. STill is. I also have Anne Clarks Sleeper in Metropolis...but hard to say which predates the other.

  • Been 30 years. Doesn't this qualify as a "standard" by now?

  • I made a GREAT video from this song and I got told from "the finley" attorneys to delete it... IM GLAD you have it up!!

  • It's really difficult to judge this cut outside of the context in which it was made. If you weren't around the repressive environment of the '80's, then it just seems like a bunch of potty-mouthed nonsense. If you understood what was going on in the various art scenes and how that got mashed up with industrial/electronic music, then you'd get the point. It's nostalgic for those of us who were around at the time, but I have to say it didn't age particularly well. Still fun, nonetheless.

  • BASTARD BITCH

  • I honestly can't believe people enjoy shit like this.

  • i got a "special" version from this on an old tape from the 80ies - it´s "infomation society - running" mixed with the sample from this and samples from "kraftwerk - the robots" - does anybody know what the name of this special remix is???? i am searching for it since about 20 years *ggg* - can anyone help me???

  • Drop that ghetto blaster, baby!

  • waar is den tijd hohoho zalig

  • Man, this brings me back to the fetish clubs in LA

  • Karen came to a college in St. Louis to do a long, long boring ass poetry reading. I could'nt even stay awake. She was actually reading the poems off paper she sucked! I was expecting to see her sing Lick it and Tales of Taboo. Anything was better than what she did. BORING! No wonder you never hear about her anymore.

  • @StaunchComic "She was actually reading the poems off paper she sucked! "<<

Is this a joke or are your really that retarded?!

  • @FungusMossGnosis Stick N Stones!

  • lol seriously wtf? this was from the 80's?? how did they know about internet porn :/

  • lol drugs are awesome

  • What does the censored version sound like? Bleeeeeeeeeeeeep belgian waffle bleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep?

  • Classic. Still have the album and all the 12" singles. Wish i could see her live.

  • I remember when I 1st bought this album and the 12" at the same time from grammaphone records cause I heard it on 88.7 college station in chicago when I was like 16....and I still know all the lyrics. My parents even liked her.

  • Her best work, for SURE!

  • Angry little sextress....

    lol

  • Almost better than sex....with your granny.

  • She is classy. LOL

  • STill a hot song hours after the x has worn off. L-o-fckin-L

  • Lotsa hardstyle tracks are made on these lyrics :P

  • @InStyle9 Not really, just Second match by TNT.

  • @tehhhhhd Not really, rather Tuneboy - Dirty :)

  • @Matzi2008 Oh, I've missed that one, sorry.

  • The fuck was that?! >:O

  • Do I hear a bit of Sleeper In Metropolis?

  • @mysunlotion Tales Of Taboo is actually a musically cover version of Anne Clark's Sleeper in Metropolis, but with 'alternate' lyrics ; )

  • So sweet! I believe this was my parent's wedding song.

  • Peaches? This shits amazing. Peaches is too mainstream to compete. Copycats.

  • god, she is the best

  • nice ;)

  • Finley's work dealt with many difficult and usually aggressive themes. This one, in particular, still sounds as transgressive as ever as we are not accustomed to hearing female voices describing such sexual violence. Finley would have made the Marquis de Sade very proud.

  • Classic!! Wow, what memories this brings back of college days in Austin.

  • This song is LEGENDARY.

If only the younger youtubers had any idea of the impact this woman had on multiple NYC scenes. The club scene; the feminist scene, etc, etc.

  • I wish I had heard of her when I was in grad school getting my MFA.

  • @nativesun This is worthless trash.

  • @MetalFalken If you had seen five thousand people going off to this, you might understand why it's a classic.

  • @nativesun They're too busy watching YouTube videos of Justin Bieber

  • this song is so vulgar but I can't help but love it! I was in Antwerp last Christmas and just had to go out for Belgium waffles and Belgium beer in honor of this song.

  • "...well you know what I do with the yams? I stick 'em up my grannie's ass! well she's a real nice grannie, so I never touch her snatch!" AWESOME!

  • BELGIAN WAFFLES IN MY TWAT.

  • Sounds like a 10 year old boy reading from UrbanDictionary. Not obscene, just really lame.

  • Adolescent rubbish. Not shocking, just boring

  • sounds like the intro of a porn

  • meh DMX owns that bitch a swearwords, her lyrics are shit btw.

  • I love this track!!! lets bring her back to the dance clubs.

  • first time I heard this was the DJ before New Order Brotherhood tour, circa 1985.

  • holy shit.

  • Way before peaches!

  • One of our favourites of all time. Thank you for upping this. Truly amazing it's here. We got a warning and video removed for showing a millisecond Little Nells Nipple.

  • My partner found an LP of this in the 80s. Fantastic record.

  • Tuneboy - Dirty (Wildstylez Remix)

  • Good observation...I never thought about that until i read your comment...but you're exactly right!

  • Back in the Underground, Seattle. Closing time. After hours, too.

  • Word 'em up on the level. This song takes me back to the days. Snowfall and black leather. Love it.

  • Where does someone have a non-remixed copy. I used to have it but it somehow was deleted.
