@tonimtions Wait, I just remembered a cool little reverse image searching program online called tineye. I used a screen shot of each image to find other sources. I will send a link to the results to you, or anyone else for that matter, in a message.
I have some experience with 3DS Max. Only what I did for the FIRST Robotics animation. I only really know how to do light sculpting, (starting with a shape I made in Autodesk Inventor and warping it), and some animating. I know nothing about texturing or UV Mapping.

Honestly, I don't know, I usually have things like this saved on my computer. I think i typed " lions head " into google images.

Also, you will need to re-size them, wither in Blender or outside of Blender.
The images are relatively the same size, but differ by about a millimeter or two, which threw me off about 3/4 of the way through.

I made this part of this model in about a half hour, but i haven't done anything with it since the start of spring.
I am not good enough with Blender to continue working on it. (i still need to learn textures).
And i am definitely not good enough to take requests yet.
