Little sexual references doesn't make it "un-suitable", because if they didn't have them some plots wont make sense. E.g.: River Song is Melody Pond. I don't think kids are stupid, but I was talking about young kids like the 6/7 area who watch this. If DW didn't supply material to all audiences, it would lose viewers and get cancelled... Again. Does that tell you anything about old-who?
