  • and that's why I love so much Doctor Who !

  • here, have some food.

i know you're a time king of gallafreg, but you need to eat too.

    I LOVED THAT LINE!

  • My favourite Doctor who speech ever!!!

  • I think the aftermath of this speech (the music, other characters reactions) is definitely more epic than the pandorica speech.

  • 1, dah, dah, dah, dah, dah.... b...2 ! LOL!

  • TheAfroThunder, I hope you really are and are not just going to Wikipedia or something to answer my questions. WHAT THE HECK IS A POSH FROCK?! I watch Doctor Who and all, but I do not always pick up on British slang. I'll sort of get what there saying, but I'd rather have an explanation. Like, what does it mean when they say 'Your trying to wind me up!' That was from the 'Eleventh Hour'. David Tennant talked about a posh frock and ASBOS? I think... What are ASBOS, I watched the ca

  • @StarWarsDrWhoFan101 1. Please "reply" to my actual comments so I know you've sent one. I've only figured out you sent this to me after going back on this video after 5 days.

    2. Yeah, I don't really get most of it either because I'm not "with" all that slang. Where i live we don't have slang like that. I am British.

  • TheAfroThunder1 are you really??? I have to ask a question if you are!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @StarWarsDrWhoFan101 Yes, what's the question?

  • You got a problem with that?

  • TheAfroThunder1 are you British?

  • @StarWarsDrWhoFan101 Yes. Why?

  • My Maths Teacher: "You havent done your homework!? Who do you think you are!?"

Me: "I'm The AfroThunder1. I'm a Youtube account owner. I'm from the planet Earth in the constellation of... Well, Earth isn't in one. I'm 14 years old, and i'm the boy whose not going to do his homework, as well as the 20 other people in this classroom... Also, bowties are cool. Gotta' problem with that?"

    My Maths Teacher: "No sir..."

Me: "Good... I love Doctor Who..."

  • @TheAfroThunder1 I am the Doctor. I cry over the mere mention of my planet & people even though the planet still exists & all my people are still alive, even the previously dead ones like Rassilon. I am the Doctor. I repeat nonsensical catchphrases like "bow ties are cool", I come from the sick mind of ReTarD & Muppet who made me into a paedophilic philander who quotes kid's TV shows. I am ancient, but like Edward Cullen I behave like a teenager & I knicked the wand off Harry Potter. Geronimo!

  • @LegoDaleks I'm the Doctor. I saved the whole of reality from The Time Lords, and it's no wonder I'm afraid of them since they was about to destory time, but I'm a bad ass anyway. My catch phrases are for the children mostly, because most viewers ARE children. I make funny jokes and wits that are mainly for the children. I don't like when people forget its a children's program *Cough, cough, LegoDaleks, cough* and take it seriously. I'm the Doctor. If you don't like it, go somewhere else.

  • @TheAfroThunder1 It's a kids show, which means that it should be a cartoon without sci-fi? But to entertain the adults there should be casual sexual references? It's a perfect example of the dumbing-down of British TV. It was always a family show, but it was a lot more intelligent. It isn't intelligent now, because the writers aren't. They just write the same crap every season. Saying it's a kid's show is no excuse to make it stupid. Stuff THAT badly written should be on CBBC & be animated

  • @LegoDaleks So, using catch phases and using jokes suitable to kids is "dumbing down" Doctor Who.

  • @TheAfroThunder1 The dialogue & plots are simple, unoriginal, repetitive, dumbed-down & banal. You actually think that the following kind of dialogue is not dumb-down, but is suitable for kids? E.g.: "Your's is bigger than mine." "Jeff, get a girlfriend."

If he's supposed to be an ancient timelord he should act like one (like he used to do) & not like a human teenager just because you think kids today are stupid.

  • @LegoDaleks It's a family show, meaning it suitable for children and that is the majority audience. Little sexual references doesn't make it "un-suitable", because if they didn't have them some plots wont make sense. E.g.: River Song is Melody Pond. I don't think kids are stupid, but I was talking about young kids like the 6/7 area who watch this. If DW didn't supply material to all audiences, it would lose viewers and get cancelled... Again. Does that tell you anything about old-who?

  • @TheAfroThunder1 Making River into Melody is stupid & not a plot. Sex in the TARDIS makes you able to regenerate - that's just plain dumb, even if it were just for adults.

Only ignoramuses think that DW was cancelled because there was something wrong with it. Don't believe Michael Grades lies. They put the last season up against Coronation Street, that would kill any programme's ratings.

Again, there's no excuse to make it exceptionally base, dated, cartoony, unoriginal with dumbed-down dialogue

  • @LegoDaleks It was a stupid plot, but that's not the point.

So, DW was getting loads of views/money, but out of the blue, the BBC decide to cancel it? Doesn't make sense.

That's your opinion. I think its great for the whole family. You think Doctor Who should be restricted to adults, apparently.

  • @TheAfroThunder1 Out of the blue the BBC decided to destroy all their master tapes from the 60's, even during the 60's? Doesn't make sense. NEWSFLASH! The BBC does things that don't make sense.

No, read my comment more carefully, because I don't apparently think it should be for adults.

If it's called DW it should be written that way. The original DW appealed to the whole family & had jokes while at the same time being intelligent, creative, respectable & have longevity & be sci-fi.

  • @LegoDaleks . = ?

  • @LegoDaleks Who's that commenting? I demand to know. I'm a YouTube account owner, I have rights... Wait, is it you? It is, isn't it? It is, I can see your name... But... How did you escape from "Steven Moffat is a bad writer"?

Hello, Lego! Seeing that you've chose to stalk me, or just found me by coincidence, who cares! Just commented to say hello! Bye bye now!

  • ...And bowties are cool :D

  • Jesus Christ - Tony Gordon is an alien!

  • Epic badass.

  • I'm going to say Allons-y as much as I can in my life xD

  • What happened to the alternative Dr that went off with Rose ???????

  • Got married, had babies, join unit, or lead it, or started his own torchwood, or he build his own tardis, or all of them, or call the verion of himself from that universe, who is a real time load ( two hearts, working tardis ).

  • @roebst They lived happily ever after I suppose.

  • DAMN David! You BADASS!

  • This is my favorite David Tennant quote. ♥

  • That is one of my favorite parts in season four!

    Allons-y!!!

  • can someboy please tell em what he says after he goes "or that little IV in brackets"?

  • I love this quote, thanks for sharing it. This is one of the best Who quotes around.

  • @Shadafaxx In our country we have even a song about it that bow ties make men cool

  • at 0:50 i was like if he would say Alonss-y then this would be best scene in the world

and at 0:52 i was like omg

  • Holy Shit!

    Tony Gordon is an alien!

Should've guessed his one vulture eye nearly gave it away

  • I still don't get what the (iv) or 4 or d is, it sounds like why, but that makes no sense.

  • Am I the only one who sees Charlie Sheen doing this?

  • Starting at the 30 second mark this is probably the most epic Speech by the Doctor. Not just the words but the delivery, no longer the observer or teacher, he takes charge. #2 Matt smith 'Hello i'm the doctor" #3 Colin Baker in Time Lash.

  • @GravesRWFiA you left out the best part: 'hello im the doctor. basically, run!'*giant eyeball shits himself and runs away*

  • David Tennant is such a great actor! You can't even tell he was grieving when they made this.

  • b! ... no... two!

  • One of David Tennants most brilliant moments.

  • In general I wasn't a huge fan of this episode, but I LOVED that quote, and I love how the Doctor finally got to say 'Allons-y, Allonso!'

  • Nerdgasm....

  • ALONSY!!!

  • i like, die everytime i watch this speech. It's just soo... AHHH! anyone who thinks that Matt Smith is the best doctor really hasn't watched DT. I know it's true for everyone I have asked.

  • @6teenana Matt Smith and David Tennant are very different Doctors. I love David Tennant and who his Doctor was but I felt that sometimes the writing let him down. Which is why I love Matt Smith and his speeches :)

  • OMG I see Bowtie! xD

  • @haloid003 You just had to say that...

  • B... no 2

  • "Got a problem with that?"

    I LOVE that part. <333

  • I never get tired of this!!

  • *melts*

  • Kylie Minogue was so damn hot in this episode. I was hoping she'd be the next companion. I think this was the next episode after Donna left.

  • ALLONS-Y

  • In that case, allons-y!

  • I'm a Timelord "cue dramatic sparks"

  • 11 is my favourite, 10 is a close second.

also, did the title remind anyone else of the song "I'm an Asshole"?

  • Did anyone else think he had a slight resemblance to Charlie sheen wen he started talking

  • After he finishes talking everyones like "Oh shit" and the women melt for him

  • I love this speech (and might happen to know it off by heart...) but I can never work out what he says for number 4 (0:20), it sounds like "why" but that doesn't make sense. Can anyone help me on this?

  • "B no.... TWO!" lol gotta love him. with those big brown eyes... *sigh and melt*

  • So hawt....*faint*

  • I love how he says "I'm a Time Lord" all weird!!

  • I found this bit way cheesy!

  • I srsly love this scene.

  • Doctor likes Wine??

  • is that the Doctor or Charlie Sheen? LOL

  • Fezz's are cooler than bowties

  • i do adore that scene... lol Nine will always be "my" Doctor, but i must admit that Ten grew on me pretty quickly, and this is one of the reasons why. havent seen much of Eleven, but if hes half as awesome as his predecessors... yeah

  • dukes in doctor who lol when i first saw this i went he finally left the dumping ground! & i love the speech the best speech

  • This is why I love David Tennant as the 10th Doctor. I cried so hard during certain scenes in The End of Time. I miss seeing him as the Doctor, but Matt Smith is doing a great job as the Doctor. So I'm not gonna complain.

  • OMG gorgeous David Tennant - please come back - Matt Smith is shite!!!

  • @burdlow oh the young, so ignorant, so blind!

  • @Voldmosis

I'm 40 actually so not that young - as for ignorant, well, at least I respect other people having a different opinion to mine unlike you - get over yourself!!!

  • @burdlow yea because im stuck on myself... youre retarded.. and as far as ignorant.. you apparantly have no idea what the word means... and your opinion is "shite!!!" Matt smith is just as good if not a better doctor than david tennant, my comment wasnt a personal attack btw, it was a joke. sooooo shove your keyboard back up your ass and stop typing useless comments on youtube.. kid...

  • @Voldmosis Opinions can't be wrong unless directly referencing facts, which doesn't happen in this case, your joke was obviously an ad hominem argument and you're behaving like a 5 year old throwing a tantrum.

    So choke on it.

  • @Ryoushadow wrong lmao, but whatever you want to think. (somebody is a little too sensitive lmao) try valume it might help you, or xxanex, or any type of sedative.

  • @Voldmosis You mean Valium and xanax you twit? Seriously, read up on the definition of an opinion or stop trolling. Either way, you're proof of the failing educational system.

  • @Ryoushadow lol thank you for that comment, i just got done posting a comment on another vid stating that i recieve comments daily because i misspell words from time to time. the general point of the comment was that no mistake you make on the internet will ever slide without comment. and thank you kind sir for proving that point

  • @Voldmosis personally, i think youre both taking this a bit too seriously. whether its the issue of spelling (some net denizens, like myself, only do it as a time-saver, but you must admit a great number would probably do just the same on a test or job app and not care. not cool of them, however, to insult your intelligence based on such an assumption) or whos a better actor and/or fit for the role of the Doctor, does it really change anything? not really, so why bother with bad feelings?

  • @CassandraMotou im not taking anything seriously lol i made one little joke and he jumped into defense mode.

  • @Voldmosis youre taking it better than they are, i grant you ^_^() anyway, since ive not seen much of Eleven, what do you think of him? im trying to garner as much info as i can. we dont get his eps on broadcast around here yet, or at least i havent found em

  • @CassandraMotou I'm just passing through xD

I've seen all the episodes with 10 and 11 and I must say I find them equally brilliant. When I saw Tennant regenerate I was like, I don't want that stupid new guy with his stupid nose and I am going to re-watch every episode with Ten! >:(

However I didn't re-watch every episode with Ten and just started watching Eleven, and, well, what can I say...

    Bowties are cool <3

  • @Garanta27 What about 9? He doesn't get as nearly as much love as he deserves!

  • so cool. =^_^=

  • @Shadafaxx Bowties ARE COOL

  • @mizzharmonieeee and fezzes. fezzes are cool.

  • Love the electrical flash just as he says "I'm a Time Lord."

  • @Frador2able molto - bene

  • @Frador2able That's the ship jizzing at his epicness.

  • @Frador2able it ades to the epicostiy of this moment
