@psycho642 Graphics doesn't only rely on the specs of your pc...It also rely on good encoding.. So a good encoded game can look like Crysis 2 without the need of a good spec pc. :).. Just look at Aion. I played that game, looks awesome but the Graphics engine they used is really buggy and laggy even with High Spec Pc.. :)

I can not wait to play this game, I haven´t been this hyped about a game in long time, every day is excruciating. I absolutly can not wait. At the same time tough, I do agree that it is better for the game to be relised couple of months later then to be incomplete, or rushed, while normally this would worry me, well, this is Blizzard, they simply don´t make mistakes like that.

I agree Diablo 3 will blow WoW away, but that doesn't mean I don't love WoW. Why does WoW always have to be brought into it? Blizzard is an incredible company that develops incredible games. I'm glad they are implementing some things from WoW, it's only to be expected and wanted since WoW is such a good game made from the same company. But D3 is a completely different game. More immersive, more plot-driven, more action-packed, more bloody, more gorey. More awesome!

Er, it won't be like Diablo 2. Blizzard has stated that every piece of unique equipment will look unique on the characters. Considering they ditched the character customization, you can bet there will be endless amounts of unique looking loot.

@Dez13040287 Well blizzard has announced that another DIFFERENT mmorpg is in the works, but won't really even be spoken about until like 2014 or something silly like that. It's not wow related, so I would guess after cataclysm, there will be one more expansion and then WoW will come to an end. They game will probably eventually become a free-to-play mmo like many others have in the past.
I always thought of Diablo as a dungeon crawler more than a RPG. People can play both games or neither and they fit different markets so I don't see how one will affect the other that much.
@D0g63rt I agree 100%. I think D3 is going to bridge a large gap between RPG and dungeon crawler. There's a lot more customizastion in D3 than most dungeon crawlers, but still isn't quite an RPG. I'll be excited to see how it goes.

I can not wait to play this game, I haven´t been this hyped about a game in long time, every day is excruciating. I absolutly can not wait. At the same time tough, I do agree that it is better for the game to be relised couple of months later then to be incomplete, or rushed, while normally this would worry me, well, this is Blizzard, they simply don´t make mistakes like that.

According to Blizzard’s leaked schedule, Diablo 3 will be released sometime before Christmas 2011. So when can we expect the beta to start
It’s rumored to have been leaked by an anonymous, yet authoritative source Using Starcraft’s beta, it should be about 6 months before the official release date. So that means summer 2011 will be the summer of Diablo 3.

@PhillyJ91 Well sorry to disappoint ....But this should be true....I mean in the last interview that was last year..Jay said that you can play the whole game from beginning to end but with some things missing,some not programed or some bosses or monsters not moving....1 year is enough to do those things + minor tweaks they do here and there..At least I hope so...At the very least we will definitely get a BETA this year..

I agree Diablo 3 will blow WoW away, but that doesn't mean I don't love WoW. Why does WoW always have to be brought into it? Blizzard is an incredible company that develops incredible games. I'm glad they are implementing some things from WoW, it's only to be expected and wanted since WoW is such a good game made from the same company. But D3 is a completely different game. More immersive, more plot-driven, more action-packed, more bloody, more gorey. More awesome!

less kindergarten graphics aswell. but just barely, the newest screenshots doesnt bode well. reading on the official d3 forum further cements this idea. one things for sure though: we can totaly forget the gothic type feel of d2 and d1. its polygon graphics galore like with wow.

Er, it won't be like Diablo 2. Blizzard has stated that every piece of unique equipment will look unique on the characters. Considering they ditched the character customization, you can bet there will be endless amounts of unique looking loot.

@Dez13040287 Well blizzard has announced that another DIFFERENT mmorpg is in the works, but won't really even be spoken about until like 2014 or something silly like that. It's not wow related, so I would guess after cataclysm, there will be one more expansion and then WoW will come to an end. They game will probably eventually become a free-to-play mmo like many others have in the past.

I always thought of Diablo as a dungeon crawler more than a RPG. People can play both games or neither and they fit different markets so I don't see how one will affect the other that much.

@D0g63rt I agree 100%. I think D3 is going to bridge a large gap between RPG and dungeon crawler. There's a lot more customizastion in D3 than most dungeon crawlers, but still isn't quite an RPG. I'll be excited to see how it goes.

Stop following this game. The creators of Diablo left a LONG time ago and WoW employees are actually working on this game. If you want to lay a game with the Actual creators of Diablo, the people who actually made Diablo what it is, Torchlight II will be out soon and it will be a true Diablo-like game. Made by Runic Games
Blizzard should have made a new title instead of continuing Diablo, since it has no relation and everything is completely different. The Diablo III characters are WoW clones
