I spoke to the girl and she said she had been waiting a while and some women asked to borrow her rolling stones magazine (with zac on cover) and she was like ppl were pushing from behind and so she twisted her knee cause it got bashed against the barrier and then the man saw her and she asked to see zac efron and for her magazine and so she met him got her magazine signed and after that she went straight to the hospital

@aznbbi Yep that was me and that's pretty much what happened. My knee was twisted in between the fence because people that got there 15 minutes before the stars showed up decided they wanted to push to the front even though we had been waiting since 5 am. He was really sweet, and after he came over, security FINALLY helped me get through the crowd and called an ambulance. Tore a tendon in my knee. :(

My knee was caught in between the railing of the fence. And I couldn't stand on it. And no one would let me leave because they were all pushing up against me to get to Zac. Afterwards, Disney security had to push people out of the way, and call an ambulance.

When Zac walked over there, you can tell Zac's people DID NOT want him getting that close to the fence.

That was an issue for security not Zac, but the guy with the microphone was bent on making it an issue for Zac. I'm glad Zac did go over there though, it seemed to relieve the angst of the girls pushing toward the fence. Zac can't go around playing savior for every crazed fan though... that would probably give his mom a heart attack.

That reporter saw that girl in need before Zac walked up. Yet, notice how the reporter didn't put down his microphone to go help the stranded fan. He and his camera man stayed the hell away from that fence.
