the chip being shown is a prototype first created in the 80's approx 1983- maybe earlier. The company that first developed it was developing mini screens at the time ( not Verichip). I think the best you mentioned is that very different governments with very different opinions would somehow merge. but north american union agreement(it does actually exist) is set into motion it could be an example of such things happening. It it happens in north america who is to say it wouldnt happen in other places? Thus the possiblity of this totalitarian idea becomes slightly more possible.

If you find that you are chipped do not remove the chip. I had something that felt rectangular in shape under the flesh of my left hand just above the webbing between the thumb and forefinger. I cut it out. It appeared at least to me like a cylinder of very hard shiny black material held in place by small flexible T shaped things that had small barbs upon them.. I won't go into great detail but my life has been fairly plagued since then with forced retirement, many medical issues and more.
