at around 4:30 you overshoot the drums once or twice, you'd do better to let one of the notes ring out. Not sure exactly what yer doing (computer quality for youtube sucks) but it sounds like yer adding 4 plucks where as the song has 3 (the 4th is a hammer on).....Mind you i dont know the song on bass, just from what i hear & if i was to play it personally i'd feel it would add more UMPH. But either ways pretty damn good cover

it's not actually played on bass, it's done using a proper synthesiser. guitar hero just made people think that it was part of the bassline because otherwise there would have been a massive blank in the middle of the song when played on the game.

ultimate guitar is not official tablature, only what is in the muse guitar books is. anyone can upload anything on ultimate guitar, and it is usually their own interpretation rather than what is actually played. if you watch any live videos of muse playing knights of cydonia you will not see matt or chriss playing anything when this "tapping bit" comes in, that is because it is being done on a synth operated by morgan nicholls =]
