Ah, your mum is lovely. The video actually reminds me of my friend Rodrigo's grandmother. She's Chilean by birth, but her parents were Scottish, so she's perfectly bilingual, but she speaks English with a combination Scottish and Spanish accent. Even her Spanish seems to have a bit of a Scottish accent.
