  • i like your recipe but please next time when u are doing a cooking show just show the instruction without the music because i just cant hear anysteps because of the loud mucis.please

  • green mangos, water, sugar, tumeric or zafron, cinamon, cloves, cardamon seeds. Thanks for sharing

  • I thought it was interesting to use the mangos when they were green. Also, I tried to understand your recipe- what were the other spices besides the saffron?

  • RIPE mangoes are too rich in sugars, and do not have enough acidity. High sugar content makes them susceptible to spoilage,the pectin is already changed too so the consistancy to develop a gel is gone or lost. Hence , the green mangoes are perfect with sugar acid ratio to make the PECTIN GEL .Please see my most recent video about pickles savory or sweet and how they are made.other spices include caradamom,but CREATVIE FOOD TECHNOLOGISTS can use clove,cinnamon,nutmegs etc.TRY IT.u may like it.
