Its true that the docking is much better now since v5.30 and I cant wait to see what SSM2010 has in store for us. I will only say this "High Res Earth!!" One of the main reasons I use Orbiter (google it) is the quality earth textures that you could mistake for the real thing. So I cant wait for the next installment of SSM

Much shorter jump than Orbiter

The newest Orbiter beta has absolutely no jump any more. You even have that slide in to position effect, if you are not aligned 100% like you can see from various Soyuz docking videos.

Yeah, in Orbiter, you jump about 5 feet suddenly after the game decides you docking is good enough. Not very realistic
