  • Your athleticism, knowledge and work ethic is admirable

  • circuit training is shown to cause minimal adaptations to muscular size, but its a good burn i guess

  • @killakali408650 lol yeah bro... get big, not fast am i right?! that's good for... what again? sure isn't anything competitive.

  • Breathing was hella annoying.. But your a fuckin animal man.. Nice vid

  • This video is sick, true human conditioning

  • im a girl and i can probly do that i just dont wanna but im probly stronger than u ahahaha

  • @MissBabyEeyore ur just a big bully!

  • Comment removed

  • i know a friend athat could probably do that, hes and easily cleans what most people squat and he only weighs 140

  • sick as hell man bad ass!

  • You lucky to have such a big gym to yourself... I'd end up killing someone (or myself) if I did those exercises at my gym...especially, swinging around with the dumbell thing.... Hahahahaha

  • @ChannelJoeE haha, yeah most gyms usually don't always have the space available because they're so cluttered. here in san diego, there's usually atleast one spot in the gym that has open area to play :)

  • easy workout-and lame exercises which will probaly do nothing.

  • Man gots to give props for this! Nothing like Practicing what you Preach man! You work with people all day now they can see how you get down.

  • @FitFury always a source of positivity man, thank you :)

  • I was so hoping you were going to puke, just gotta say i probably would have though,

  • @CODGOD321BOOM hahaha, i wasn't that far off from vomiting. but yeah it would take a lot to get my lactic acid threshold pushed that far

  • @functionalpatterns man, what sport do you practice?

  • k i lied, that shit is awesome. i would be done after the first exercise, if i even made it past that

  • @chronicganja lol, believe it or not exercising like this for over an hour a week is not healthy. the human body only needs minimal amounts of catabolism to sustain proper health. if you did this kind of stuff every day you're nervous system would be completely shot. I probably haven't worked out as hard as i did on this vid in about 6 months. i'll put up a vid of some stuff on how to stimulate the part of your nervous system responsible for recovery :)

  • @functionalpatterns cool man, wat i really want is something easy for the upper body that works mainly the core and the upper arms. I play hockey and a ton of soccer so my legs are in good shape, but my upper body needs alot of work. I really need something easy to start with, i am so unmotivated when it comes to plain working out when its not through sports

  • @functionalpatterns although having a good system for recovery is very key to so please post away!

  • is this healthy??? im gona say no

  • Who is this guy?

  • @fitman23 some meatheaded goon probably ;)

  • @functionalpatterns But his sh*t is sick.

  • @fitman23 thanks mr moses :)

  • wow!!! dude you have to teach me ur moves!!!! i bet you half of the men out there could never pull this off, i admire you...Hans

  • @weebaby8ly ;o)

  • Would you reccomend this type of training for a rugby player?

  • @Alberigo121 pretty much any sport where you're on your feet running around... something to keep in mind is that i only work out at about half this intensity maybe an hour a week. if you involve too much catabolism, you're going to leave yourself in an overtrained state. i would highly recommend going into my structural re-alignment therapy before thinking of trying anything like this... thanks for the interest

  • functional?!?!? Man this was primal!!! Awesome display of exercises! Great video. "FP. Now training human weapons."

  • @USAJungleGym Thank you for the kind words mantis :)

  • Killer bro. Yiure waay iutta my league.lol Smarter not harder...well said.

  • @mayorlondon thanks buddy :)

  • dude nice vid. you sounded dead tired but you still maintained form. question: tips on correct breathing. I get a lot of conflicting suggestions on breathing. I was under the impression you should breath in thorugh your nose and then out your mouth. However elsewhere I have heard the opposite, most notably from Alex Ariza's blog while he was training pacquiao. Listening to this vid it sounded like you were mainly breathing though your mouth. What do you say is the correct form of breathing?

  • @mozilla1986 i primarily inhale through the nostrils and out through the mouth (screaming exhale feels natural so thats what i do lol). i would recommend learning how to breath through the belly. that, by itself, will improve your conditioning tenfold.
