I say lucky because If he would have landed about 18 inches higher he would have probably crushed his windpipe and died on the scene within minutes. If he would have landed lower probably would have fractured his pelvis, could have severed his penis. If he was a cat would have used up 8 lives. This guy is very lucky... and extremely stupid. You can easily repture your intestines in blunt force injuries. In fact it is a faily common result in serious car crashes. Broken ribs often puncture a lung. If he would have hit his back at that angle at the end of the railing very likely would have severed his spine and been paralized for the rest of his life. All skateboard "tricks" involving rails, stairs are beyond insane and can be leathal.
