  • Jesus, they really milked the shit out of the guitar solo in this show didn't they?

  • mama.. UUU. o_O

  • It even sounds amazing when someone is just saying the lyrics :D That's how you know it's a good song

  • It's obviously not about that you tool since he wrote this song 12 years before he contracted the virus

  • it is obviously about freddies struggle with aids!

  • I really feel that what Freddie said is probably the best advice not only in music but in life. That is enjoy this moment, this song, the person you're with, live your life to the fullest and keep going forward, listening to new music, and making new memories in your life. Freddie lived by those rules and died with very regrets. I really think he had it right!

  • I think we all can agree. The cave guy was Hella weird

  • the guy in the cave cracks me up..he's just so weird

  • The dude in the cave is so, utterly cheesy.

  • the dude in the cave saying the lyrics is wacko

  • it took them 10 hours to fu**ing have that part on the movie(and i don´t like it..sorry) but for Queen it only took 4 or 5 hours to complete this masterpiece

  • ok idk if you all get mad but that rolling stone magazine guy just proved to me they are a bunch of idiots on that magazine....and also why some americans do not know Queen´s music ENTIRELY

  • Freddie piano playing is so sexy. This song is epic. I dare somebody to beat. More like epic fail.

  • This Song never needed that stupid movie. The Movie needed that song. The song was already a Masterpiece.

  • The guy "saying" the lyrics was pretty funny

    Like, "Nonononononono" and "Mama. OOO."

  • @FFPianoDude ye that guys such a dork lol

  • the opera section is very rebel, i love it

  • thick americans

  • Yep

  • My grandson at 18 months old would say put Mama on he radio when this song came on.

  • I know how your daddy feels. I left school in 1984 and got into Queen just after what turned out to be their last tour of Australia, and I think I will regret never having seen them together. :(

  • Freddie I hope you're not disappointed that we have not thrown any of your music away. We are wealthy because you left your songs with us.

And oh yes you will live on and on and on Thank You

  • Freddie is gone but he sure ain't dead.

    Maureen - Australia

  • Thanks for all this. Was great to wander through a bit of nostalgia, ingrained in everyones mind. Totally unique. I was the only girl of 13 yrs old in my class at school in '75 who agreed with the boys, that Queen was just terriffic. now as a 40+ yr old, they are still my Fav's, my 23 & 21 yr old kids were weaned on Queen, they were educating their mates when they were 7&10, great to pass on to the next generation. My son cranks Queen up in his car, good taste never dies.

    Thanx 4 the memories

  • this was freddie's way of saying to the world that he wanted to break free from what he is hiding w/c is his sexuality.

  • Freddie didn't write that song.

But yeah, the dress up thing was a form of expression. People in america were mostly homophobic at that time so they didn't like it.

  • What really sends shivers down your spine is how they (Queen) perform it together! What a devotion!

  • God I hate Richard E Grant

  • Richard didn't deserve to be the host for this. It should have been the unfairly quiet Deacon.

  • fuck america,a gay man wrote this song, thats why it didnt go no 1,land of bigotry, racism and homophobia,a land where kids would rather kill themselves, than admit they were gay..

  • Americans hate music thiat is outside America...

    They are locoos!!!

  • "I suppose I'll have to fucking die before we get America back."

  • Thanks for posting these. Big Queen fan here.

  • 0:32... Wasn't a #1 hit?

    Ignoramus!

  • He means in the US!

  • I stand corrected!

I thought it was a #1 in the U.S., but after research, I see it wasn't, the first time around.

  • This song is Freddy. He felt something would happen?

  • "That's it, I... don't know any more chords." Wow, all these parts went straight to my favourites^^

  • holy shit- I'm a huge queen fan and I can't believe I have never seen this, great stuff indeed!

  • I just watched all six parts too...

  • An astonishing accomplishment.I think the meaning of the song does indeed reside in the unconscious mind. As an abstract- reality, fatalism, futility, personal demons, loss, fantasy and responsibility and redemption are themed.Oddly, the words ring true when you sing them, and can be surprisingly moving, they are honest, even though they make little 'sense' in the linear narrative. The pathos in the closing piano/guitar phrase is reminiscent of Beethoven's Pathetiqué.2nd movement Adagio Cantabile

  • Expectacular, simplemente!

Si hubiera estado traducido en español hubiera sido mejor :D

    Peor genial!

  • 5:12 This Guy needs a mental hospital

  • Hahaha, he does need one. Freaking weirdo. XD

  • Ahahahahah!! ;)

  • First of all thank-you for taking your time to post these videos in several parts. I enjoyed it. Brian May is right. 'Bohemian Rhapsody' will never date and Queen's music in general will never date either.

  • hey anybody knows where I can get this video complete? I need it i´ts amazing

  • Great documentary to great song of great rock band!

  • Greatest Song.

  • 35-36 seconds - wtf? It was like the longest selling number 1 in history that guy can go suck a dick.

  • roger and brian are so down to earth, there is something so REAL about the two of them

  • "Are you ready to rock?! Are you ready to roll?! Okay, lets do this!" = best quote ever.

BTW if you want the sheets to this song I can send thim through e-mail :)

  • Can you send me the sheets?

  • A lady said it so well : this song is just UNIQUE !

  • A good Bo Rhap Medley.

  • Oh, that serious man again.

  • You'd think that actor would have his career take a serious nose dive.

  • very very very nice video, thanks very much for posting ! I enjoyed it a lot ! Queen's always the best band for me ~

  • at the end brian may says "thats it i dont know any more chords" haha brian may the best!

  • the song is a legend!! queen is legend!!! freddie mercur

  • i luv Brian's solo, to me it's the greatest solo in the history of solo's, cum to my channel and watch my vid i made of my top 5 brian may solo's (try and guess what's #1, not too difficult really) :]

  • I still have one question...why is it called a 'Bohemian' rhapsody, exactly?

Well, I guess the same reason Galileo, Figaro and magnifico and such are in the opera portion. :)

    RIP Freddie.

  • bohemianism is a cultural movement that had an important part in the 70s, and a rhapsody is a musical structure that is riged by several individual parts united as a music collage

  • aww freddie just said that last thing at the end b/c he thought he was going to make music for a longer time than he had..

  • May seems to be so sympathetic and easy-going... What a great guy.

  • brians solo sends shivers down my spine

  • AAhhhh, I went to see We Will Rock You on November 24th!!!

    =] =] =] =] =] =] =] =] =] =]

And no RIP to Freddie - he is and will always be with us.

  • Yeah, so that last live version combined with Freddie's voiceover made me cry.

    Thank you.

  • "thats it, i dont know anymore chords!"

    -brian may

  • one of those guys in waynes car strangley looks like roger taylor

  • Garth, he's funny. His complete name is Garth Taylor ;)

    I love you Freddie!!

Wembley is amazing and I just wish I'd been able to see them live.

    thanks again for this doc!

  • your welcome everyone. Thanks

  • Listening to Roger say that he did know what the song was about with a smile and that it should be quite obvious... well, I think that said explained it well enough. The series was lovely. Great to see Brian and Roger together in the studio and touring the little apartments, etc. Thank you for posting this. It was wonderful. Love you Freddie!

  • Thank You sooooo much for posting this series... Love it! RIP Freddie!

  • what Ks016

  • Hahahahaha... Amazing song and everything but its so hilarious when the British guy is like just speaking the lyrics oh my god what a tool.

  • So acording to that git, because wayne and garth head banged to it, it made it masculine and alright for america? what a idiot, i hope it isnt true, its so shallow and stupid, if it is.

  • Awsome not that I now understand anymore than i did when i first heard it!

  • I juat watched all freakin 6 parts.

  • me 2 and no complaning

  • Bohemian Rhapsody is just one of those things that makes absolutely no sense, and yet, it is so so very awesome.

it is funny though, how one of the greatest songs ever was such a dirge.

  • sht u!

  • boy....
