The song was before the final results declared.It was recorded for the winner..But before declaration both the finalists are made to sing it as per their tones.And once declared winner the winner gets to record it as well with the video to be featured on it..I hope you are clear now??

No he is totally INDIAN ..Yes Darjeeling is a part of INDIA too and people there speak Nepali as our ancestors are from nepal who chose to settle in india long back when they came here..So that makes us speak the language "Nepali" and we are INDIA as we are residing here since our grandparents..

@rabdendarshan yeh he is Indian nationality but Nepali race. Darjeeling is a part of India but it was part of Nepal. When India was ruled by British they attacked Nepal too. but they couldn't win whole Nepal. They came on treaty on which Darjeeling, sikkim had to be given to British. So, after 1950 when British left india , Since then Darjeeling has become India.

thats not entirely accurate. Darjeeling area was predominantly Bhutia/Lepcha. It was conquered by the Nepalese kingdom along with much of Northern India upto the Punjab hills and ganges plain, during the dying days of Mughal empire before the British entered India. Then the british entered a treaty after the war and brought all the non-Nepali areas to India except the terai and some in western Nepal. there was no Nepali pop in Darjeeling or Sikkim then, they came during british times to work.
