    I noticed that i've become less flexible after doing such high intensity workouts and my trainer said that because high intensity workouts actually tighten your muscles, making you less flexible.

    But how do you remain so flexible? I could not stretch my leg up to face the ceiling in the third set of exercises!

    please enlighten me =)

  • Just questions out of idle curiosity- How tall are you, what do you weigh, and do you have any idea how much you can lift? (Bench press, or whatever.) Just wondering how much raw strength someone as incredibly fit as yourself has, who is not specifically a "weightlifter".

  • Thank you for this. These do work. I do the first excersice and I also do one, which may be easier for those who can't do the first excersice is to, instead of switching legs, bring both legs to both elbows at the same time.

  • Hy, I am not a beginner and i had no problem with the bicycle exercise but if you don't fully extend your leg that makes it easier.

  • It is wonderful that you are unloading these videos to youtube. I recently picked up boxing and my instructor recommended that I do similar exercises to the ones demonstrated here to improve my endurance, and it is so nice of you for demonstrating these exercises for free and suggesting modifications for beginners so that others may improve their quality of life without becoming too frustrated. Your friendly voice and accent also helps too. :)

  • I absolutely love how you are able to think of modifications for moves so I don't get bored or hit a plateau. I do Beachbody workouts, and they are amazing, but I have no idea why they haven't snatched you up yet to make your own workout system.  I would buy it in a second, no matter how much it cost.

  • oh wow that second excerise is majour core strengthening excercize...I atually cant hold my core like that against the ground for more than a couple of seconds..it is kind of an advanced thing and people with a sore back probably would struggle ..great video thanks !!! : )
