@thaikidz Muay thai is the art from thailand its called the 8 limbs becuase of what you srtike with: punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. it also can focus on grappling and sweeps and clinching. there are more applications but those are most common. Btw ive never seen kickboxing with elbows and knees >.> i think thats what they just mixed in there.
