I live in Iowa and there is no freaking way we are letting this go! The thing people need to understand is the Iowa Caucus is technically a straw poll not a primary. People have to sign in on the dotted line after they show ID and then we call the votes into a number. In Linn County (Cedar Rapids) I chaired my precinct and I was there counting the votes afterward. RP came in second behind Romney.

There were spotters there to count the votes and they turned up a lot less at the other end when counted again and summed up for Dr. Paul. I understand your frustration.. the simple fact is the total vote means very little.. Getting the delegates is everything. We received at least 7 of the 21 from Iowa. Word is that we received a lot more because Paul's supports were told to stay late and take part in the voting for the delegates.. if this info is correct then Paul may well have came out with most the delegates from Iowa.
