how do i apply the patch to rom i have tried everything and nothing is working.

Do you have LunarIPS or something similar? The process should be relatively easy if you do. If not, definitely google LunarIPS and try it out. All you need is the base ROM and the patch, and after following the on-screen steps, you'll get it working. Make sure you apply the right patch for the ROM you have -- there are 3 versions of the game out there. I labeled each and mentioned them in the readme if you're not sure which you have,

@Arty251 I Used LunarIPS it said it was patched but when i started up the game the title screen was translated but everything else was messed up

That would be great! I hope the rest of the text injection works well. I just patched up the after-battle text and tested it all. I had some issues with some off-site pointers and had to re-route a lot of passages, but all works now. Only like 20 more text blocks to go! XD

I'd love to do a youtube playthrough with your patch like I've been doing with FE3 and 4.
