The Rasmus are so... Generic... There's nothing really new or special about them, the composition is really basic, the lyrics are generally about the same things and the structural integrity of their songs is about as solid as a wall made out of teddybears.

That's my opinion, it just lacks the musical complexity to justify why it's so famous :P

4. they're producing their 7th studio album. do you notice a lot of bands going that far?!
