Read the description. It's for a full game run, meaning that Splash Woman would be the first boss you fight i.e. with no special weapons. Obviously it can be done faster with specials.
I figured this out to but in the last screen after following the first small bubble you can jump to the bubble to the right and then down to the big bubble, don't know if that saves any time though... that big bubble should be the same bubble as the one you ride into the end... anyways, try it out just for laughs:P It's hard as fuck!
