If you don't want to lose the fancy 60 fps effects you can merge the frames down to 30 fps before uploading. Not quite the same but still better than nothing :)
nice :D ironically enough i always see japanese mega cd games and for MUCH cheaper than the US releases are :( i'll be doing my US sega cd collection vid in a week or so when i get the rest of the expected games from teh postman :D
