At 7:10 during King of New York after they carry Denton around on the chair...they put it down and Christian kneels down to fix something, He may be getting the chair back on it's mark, or the table cloth cape might have been caught under it...but there's some kind of kerfuffle going on there. He barely makes it back up to sing the line and he whispers something to Trey and they laugh. I love that they didn't cut and let it stay. CB was a pro even back then. :)

@ztslovebird Bill Pullman's character (Denton) wrote for the NY Sun. Pulitzer and Hearst ran the NY World and the NY Journal respectively. So for Denton to write about the Newsies for the World and the Journal going on strike, it was benificial to his paper the Sun.

So the Journal, the Sun, the Tribune, and the other big paper (I forgot which one that was) each had their own newsies. Also, papers were also sold through vendors.

What's really sad was in the early 1990s the live action musical was dead. For some unknown reason people didn't watch musicals, so this movie came out at exsactly the wrong time. If this movie came out today it would be a huge hit. I love Newsies, always have, always will.
