OK, I use the deaf relay service occasionally, but at the speech end to communicate with a deaf friend. I would like to respond to the consultation as a user. So why was this excellent BSL video not recorded with speech too (my signing is not good!!)? That way it would have been accessible to hearing users of the service who communicate with deaf friends.
