@ilysillybilly Yeah and another thing is that when C2 said "Lelouch the price you are going to pay fro using your G on them is a dear one" meaning that when he uses his G on the world which he had done earlier that means he has used his G on every person alive so he had mastered it so the price to pay was to become immortal which is a curse to C2 and she doesnt want Lelouch to suffer like she has C2 used her G alot also to make ppl fall in love with her so she mastered it and became imortall

Lelouch did die but like C.C. his wounds healed because you know his dad had a Geass and stuff so at the end before hi dad died Lelouch's father grabbed lelouch by doing that Lelouch obtained his fathers geass code... so when Lelouch was killed he was reborn now immortal un able to die like C.C. you have to see the sneak peak preview for R3 its AWESOME!!! give thumbs up so people can see this

lelouch may not of died because first of all he became immortal and second of all if you remember one of the episodes at the beginning of the first season you see that his sister folded a paper crane like the one at the end...coincedence?

@lilioper No, he is dead. That was the whole basis of the Zero Requiem and the series itself. Japanese paper cranes endow a symbolism of peace, which was why is was used again and again throughout the series. They wanted to obtain world peace and now it has been obtained. Another basis this story was based on was Lelouch's theory of "Those who are allowed to shoot are those who are prepared to be shot." It started with this saying and it also makes sense to end with his own death.

Well Lelouch did mention something about Geass to Suzaku when he was stabbed so it is possible that he is immortal and as for the ending of r2 with Lelouch saying 'hmph' it's hard to say whether that is fan made or not because if you listen closley all of the music stops when it shows him all of the music stops and the image never moves so if an artist was able to draw that picture and just scan it it would be very easy to make that scene I could even do that easily in MS Movie Maker
