    if texture and steam the milk properly, even if you failed with the art you'll still have a great tasting latte :)

  • it's hot milk and coffee! Froth the milk to 60celcius. You need a coffee machine though!

  • GGGAAAHHHH NO, lol, it is hot espresso, and steamed milk, usually steamed to between 14-150 depending on heat, I do 165 personally, and i like my espresso bitter so I let I run the shot BEFORE i steam the milk, and I almost always do the espresso shot, specially for longer shots, into the cup, to keep the crema looking nice

  • Ok, there IS crema there, but it does not even cover the surface! Do you guys cup your espresso to ensure it is actually extracted properly? Nice to do rosettas, but if the coffee itself is as bad as it looks here, it does not help...

  • being a barista, you should 'cup' espresso; try out other espresso blends or results of your techniques: -and surely taste espresso and steamed milk seperatly to improve your skills.

    semantics aside, i do agree. espresso is such a difficult art to get right it's imperative that baristas constantly test and taste their shots to maintain quality control.
