I also, forgot about Hills snack bar I would get a pop or icee I remember that popcorn smell when you entered and left the store.

I really miss stores like Ames and Hills never been to a Caldor store. These old stores have much more character to them then plain old boring walmart.

caldor used to be in the crosstown plaza in Schenectady and bradlees usd to be in the old mohawk mall

This is VERY familiar to the morning meetings we have at Wal-Mart lol...I remember being in a Caldor ONCE...I don't remember the state but I remember we ate in the snack bar and I saw Taz Mania for the Super Nintendo...this was in 1998 mind you...
