The bumpers have not been certified to US crash safety standards and the RB does not meet US emissions standards. Also a JDM civic would be equally illegal as a skyline. And the honda civic doesn't have the driveshaft tunnel because it's a fwd car. Either you're a troll or a 12 year old. Either way, shut up.

The sequentail gear box cost about 15-20thousand dallar, its depends on products.

Most of drag cars & V8 racing cars use sequentail gear box. Push gear knob up is for decrease the gear, pull it back down is for increase up the gear, apologise for my English, i'm not that good, but I' hopefully you understand that,

There are ways of making them legal, but it'll cost ya an arm and a leg. There are two (that i know of) here in town. You have to buy them over seas (there are a few companies that specialize in importing cars). And then you have to replace ALLOT of stuff to make it up to par with US safety standards (of the year it was manufactured). And then good luck finding parts. But would it be worth it? HELL YEAH it would!

And obviously no-one will want to buy 10 GT-R's and crash 9 of them.

Well, from what i understand they did do the crash testing, Since Government crash testing for all cars, can only be done by government licensed companies. Upon review of the test results, it was found that the company may have altered them. I'm not sure of what all needs to be replaced, or done to legally register one. But i've heard the windshield doesn't meet us requirements, plus allot more.
