It was pretty good. A little too long and the Messed up Aspect Ratios killed it for me. You guys know how to edit, just have to fix your AR and cut back on the flashes. Gj.

And yeah, i just saw the aspect ratio details after the render process...Shame. :(

A MEP does not have to be long. While that is the standard, really anything with 3 editors or more is an MEP. Regardless of length. If you were going to use a large mix with variety of music it's a little more tolerant to have a high length. But your MEP is just one extremely long repetitive instrumental song. You can have shorter tracks or cut down the number of people in this specific MEP. It was still a good MEP, it was just too long and too repetitive. Variety is a good thing.

@Uskdara: The important thing really is enjoy what you're editing no matter what the people and viewers think about the project. So we liked to make something long and with minimalism music (The genre of the "repetitive" song). Just hear the music, and you will see that always something is different, the guitar remarks that ^^

Of course the important thing is to enjoy yourself. But criticism and comments are always helpful towards improving yourself as an editor, regardless of anything you say, you have to accept that everyone wishes they could edit perfectly, so bettering yourself one AMV at a time is the step towards that. So an outside view is always helpful. Also, I'm sorry, but the song is not that much variety, it's the same bps, the same chord progression, and the same style throughout.
