Don't be fooled. That's just the beach area of Miami. Which is only 5% of Miami. Miami is expensive, nasty, and overrated. Take it from someone born and raised here in Miami. I live in a shitty 2 bedroom apartment for $1050 a month in rent. Don't buy into "Miami's beauty" either. The weather isn't always sunny, it's cloudy most of the time, and there's nearly NO diversity in weather. It's also very humid and hot and sticky. Miami =/= what the media portrays.
