OMG, halfords tempo is so terribly wrong...-> wtf? Reminds me of the Genesis-Reunion -> they all had absolutely no fun but selling a ticket for 60+ is great - brings some new Ferraris after the tour ;)
@megapurify Dude, instead of complaining and glorifiying the good old days why don't you simply appreicate the fact that they are still on tour and possibly one of the last times you'll see them live. Been a fan since 1980, guessing from your profile you weren't even born then. I remember when Priest got ripped in 1986 for Turbo and them being a sellout from the purists of the Defender of the Faith album. At the concert though, everyone seemed to go nuts when they played it. Quit complaining.
@ciscopim Dio sang damn good till his last show and he was "older" than Halford! Hell even The Rolling Stones and Paul Mccartney still have the flame. It's about dedication to your craft. Ever since people started calling him the metal god, it got to his head and he got comfortable. Think about it, Tony Iommi can play his leads note for note while Kirk Hammett got lazy and just pounds the wah and butchers his own solos simply because he got famous! Think! Never let your trademark fail you!
@megapurify Halford's trademark is his golden voice and if you can't capture a glimmer live then how do you represent the impressive body of work you have? That's a true sell out! Look at ronnie's last performance and halford singing at graspop 2008 and you tell me who had the fucking fire that night!

Priest hasn't sounded like Priest since 2004 and in the studio on angel of retribution. Where has your discipline gone Rob?
