@17shwehninsi Just buy a Styrofoam board at a hardware store, and buy indoor decorating paint, they have a color table where you can choose any color and have them mix it up for you, and then paint at home on the Styrofoam board, just let yourself feel the colors and shapes, listen to Mozart or other nice music when you paint and dive into this amazing reality of art without any pressure or expectations on yourself, just let yourself enjoy all of that. You will love it.

@17shwehninsi That is cool. You said that you have a dog. Try this out with the natural food colors like carob. I thought about it when I first watched Aelita Andre paint. She is totally in tune with the eternal universe. When you are in tune you will live in your art. I painted a lot today as well. It does indeed feel super. Do you have an art video of your own art work?

@17shwehninsi Doesn't matter. Do it anyway. Who cares whether you paint "correctly" or not. Don't go by society. Go by your inner gut feelings. Then it will be great. We all paint and learn as we paint at the same time. It is a never ending process.
