I always wondered why the Omega pirate was textured terribly.

SA-X = Samus infected with X parasite = Orange suit

Prime Samus + Fusion Suit = Infected with Phazon

If you think about it, it's really quite fitting.

I still don't really see what made him such a pain...I killed him in like five minutes while barely getting hit. Either way, nice video! He is an epic boss fight (easy as he was for me), and the Fusion suit was the cherry on top!

For anyone curious, the Suit that you get at the end of Fusion (and the design that got transferred to Prime instead of Black and Red) has no name (so far). It was dubbed by fans as the Omega Suit, and it really does suck that they couldn't make an attempt at giving Samus a better looking suit.

The Omega Pirate was one of my fav bosses on MP1. But he was a pain in the ass.

Um, just FYI to anyone who is fighting Omega Pirate, if you go into morph ball, roll under Omega and use a power bomb, all four of his plates should shatter at once. Sometimes one plate will be left intact, but a couple of shots from the Plasma Beam will break it. I completed that boss fight in like 3 minutes when I used the power bomb...just putting that out there for anyone who wants to use it...

i kept dying evry time useing missles super missled wave,ice power,and plasma untill i found out you could use power bombs to take to take him out in 3 minuts

That's the suit that Samus is wearing at the end of Metroid Fusion, but they should have made up a new Fusion suit that was black/silver/red for the Phazon suit...

Somethings I do not understand about what you did. like why let the omega pirate regenerate so much with only one super missile being shot off? Oh well, you got the job done either way. Great job man.

Yeah, looking back, I don't know why I switched to the Power Beam. The Plasma Beam definitely would have been more effective.

This was recorded back in July, so I can't really remember why, heh.

yea agree that, but when i fought the omega pirate i thought take out the omega don't worry about the small pirates, actually you can defeat the omega 5 minutes if you can keep up with the omega when its regenerating and invisible it takes 5 super missules to beat it.
