  • Looks good. I love spinach. I never thought to add spinach with salmon cakes, however I will give it a try.

  • yeah girl my mother used to make it for me too and i just was at the grocery store and said i was going to make me some and they came out great. oh maxwell is my boy wish he would make a come back

  • that seems like salmon croquets my dad made when i was a little girl..yummyyyyy..memories, but we fried them oN the stove and ate them with biscuits and that algae(sp) thick syrup..lol...i miss those..lol..gonna make those this week..THANKS

  • 8-10 mins and 350 degrees fish does take long to cook and you dont want it in there long because they will dry out.

  • Im going to make some of those tomorrow, good idea and loads of protein. girl u didnt need a lot of breadcrumbs because u dont eat carbs at night anyway and a way to prevent the spinach from wilting is to cook it with onion, garlic, and saute them in olive oil when they get old - well thats what i do to save money
