Im going to make some of those tomorrow, good idea and loads of protein. girl u didnt need a lot of breadcrumbs because u dont eat carbs at night anyway and a way to prevent the spinach from wilting is to cook it with onion, garlic, and saute them in olive oil when they get old - well thats what i do to save money

8-10 mins and 350 degrees fish does take long to cook and you dont want it in there long because they will dry out.
