OH MY GOD!!! Where is my brain - I forgot about the internet!! I sat on the stage with Marley during this concert - I was one of 3 white boys sitting on the left of the stage!! I have not seen myself yet, but I was THERE!! I have the photos to PROVE> I am freakin - . I was there!!!!!!!! I am seeing it AGAIN! First time in 32 years - I never thought to Goggle before now.... This EVENT changed my life!

I saw him at age 4 (1980), and believe me, I still remember most of it.

such a magical night. that day changed my life musical wise.

i saw this show during my first summer trip to JA. 98.6 in the shade-NO KIDDING. we called it Mudsplash because of the torrential rains which preceeded the reggae festival. people actually died from flash floods and bridges were washed out. Jarrett Park was literally a quagmire. shoes and pants forever stained red. my brain still has the positive stain of Marley's performance under the full moon that night. i will never forget.
