This album was a total letdown. Grunge infected them. Still, this is a very good song. They have always been and will always be a band for Christ.

yes they were secular glam then they turn christian they tried thrash metal for a couple of cd this has a doors feel to em i liked the doors :) thumbs for the christian metal bride jump into the grunge stages as well

their first album was glam. this was attempt at grunge. i'm not knocking them because this is a great album. just stating facts. for a similar reference check out holy soldier "promise man".

Does this guy realize hes NOT jim morrison ? As a ' christian ' song, this song goes nowhere, i mean does this song really give you a spiritual vibe ? I think alot of christian rock bands cant get signed to a major label, so they coin it as christian rock, but i have never heard a band like this and want to give my life to christ or want to pray etc. , all i want to do is head bang.... christian music isnt suppose to make you want to head bang or party or mosh.

@goatmeat1121. First off. You should want to give your life to Christ and pray on your own without the help of a band. Secondly. If Heavy Metal is a form of expressing and attracting people to want to be closer to God then what's so wrong with that? Your idea of "Christian" music is not the end all be all of music to attract people to God, or even think about God. The way you think alienates people and segregates. That doesn't sound to Christian to me.

Dave has the highest pitch vocal Ive ever heard in metal...period. His screaming on their EP Frontline Live was simply amazing. I still love it today. They were a band before their time..imho.
