You can just start stacking at 1:00 at red, smite blue wraith at 1:40, then place one more box at red..you don't have blue,but you have extra damage, and your ganking tool+red buff, so....it's just about as good.

This is a post-nerf comment regarding shaco as a very heavy shaco jungle player. The box reliance in my opinion was way to high and this essentially shuts down people who where only just ok with him. As far as your rating of him and his build I think he is one of the more versatile junglers. I can switch to AD or AP as needed. I even adjust my summoners to reflect my teams comp. Weak Lanes? Ignite/Exhaust Ok lanes? Smite/Ignite Good lane? Smite/exhaust or even ghost. yes he snowballs bad I know

Technically, I believe this to be doable in the next patch. It requires almost all flat cdr runes, and starting with an amp tome. I calculated that you can indeed get 4 boxes out in 60 seconds (4.4 boxes to be exact). So if you start placing boxes at 0:55, you should have 4 when red spawns. With the amp tome, that would kill red. I'd keep this all to myself, but I won't be getting those runes any time soon.

@34125867 Actually, if you have enough cooldown reduction you can wait a few seconds for the first box so it won't break. I calculated that you can get about 4.4 boxes out in 60 seconds with like 12% flat cdr. And that's just runes. You don't need all 12 percent especially if you have cdr masteries. I think stonewall should try it if he has the runes.

@RockingTheFro The first box MUST be placed on 1:00 to prevent despawning, that means in 37 seconds you MUST place 4 boxes. You said planting the first box on 0:55, but that makes the first box disappear the moment a buff would spawn. So with 12% cdr you have 14 sec cd on w, which means you would have 4 boxes out when red or blue would spawn 1 sec after - How the fuck do you travel back in time to get to the other buff? Your calculations are dangerously wrong.

This route is quite good, but I personally prefere taking an exp quint.

This allows you to do :

- 5 boxes red

- Wolves with a box

- Blue

With the exp quint, you get the exp missing from the 2 small lizards to get lvl3.

Boots 3pots, or cloth armor 5pots if you feel you will be too low health. (~~2:30 with double buff)

So, here's goes nothing: You DON'T need AP in masteries or runes (5 boxes) just go 21/x/x with both armor and magic pen% and that's it. (don't really need magic pen%)

I been doing this route for a while with a mix of AD, ArmPen, Armor and att/spd runes.

IT CAN backfire. It happens that sometimes lizard gets feared, get's out of range and jitbs start attacking the little minions. Shit happens. The only advice I can give is to watch some of the SoloMid's guides and see where to place the jitbs.
