holy shit the orchestral music in the background is phenomenal. Does anyone know if this is in-game music? If it is, it might even out do Shadow of the Colossus music which was fantastic.

No sir The music is place holder music. Its from millers crossing. :). The composer isn't known yet. A return from Ko Ohtani is very much welcome though.

Tylerichards, i think you misunderstood. I was asking about the music being played starting around 55 seconds into the video. It lasts until the end of the video. Not the music at the very beginning

Yea, as soon as i made the comment i saw which video i posted it on. I was watching the last guardian trailer like i do and got mixed up. But, for the music, Its hard to say if that's music from the game or not because that music is in a documentary like video. But like i stated before no composers have been announced yet so who knows if the music in the making of video is actually from the game.
