  • great song, his final Top 40 entry and definitely one of his best

  • Hey Rick, my name is Luke. I'm the son of Claudette Ward, remember you asked her to sing a song on stage a long time ago.It was one of the highlights of her life. You made her day and we we are really big fans of your music.

  • I used to groove so damn hard on this song!

  • One of his good videos at the end of his popular career. There is another more song on the edge that he did that was not recoginized for it is motel eyes, I have not found and video anywhere on youtube or any place else.

  • MUY BN RICK...!!

  • i love this song and video

  • 9174 views wtf is up with people :(

  • Rick hit #22 in Bilboard, 4-2-88. God bless ya, for postin' it. Thanx! Have a great week!

  • The hair reminds me of MacGyver

  • This is my favourite song from Rick.

  • i love it in 88,never heard it again ,thanks to youtube.and you'r right it's much better than jesse girl

  • this sounded so good with earbuds. the stereo was perfect.

  • @natmanprime it's about growing up you ass, listen to the lyrics.

  • @TheMate01 yeah but its a song , so unfortunaely i have to listen to the music (and watch the vid) as well

whata brilliant comment i made! lol

  • @natmanprime it's all good brah

  • Rick is looking good in this video! I loved this album back then, yes it was way ahead of it's time. I don't remember it getting allot of radio play.

  • I think i should have been born a bit earlier.

  • Great song, I actually thought it was The Outfield who did that song, this was the very first Rick Springfield song I've ever heard and I like it a lot better than "Jessie's Girl"

  • This song went #22 Pop, #45 Rock

I remember hearing this song on the radio all the time back in 1988 and didn't hear it again until a few months ago on 80s Slacker Radio and it took me straight back to 1988 all over again

  • I had this at a mixed tape from hitlist from the radio.

It is still as good as then! =)

  • Very good video, Rick looks so HOT in this video, I love his hair!!!!!

  • @spudbunny64 He made the mullet HOT!! lol

  • One of my favorites -- so autobiographical

  • Rocks out, with lyrics on growing up, and facing life...whether you want it or not, whether you're ready or not. Definitely WAY ahead of the pop curve of the day. Hell the lyrics are still valid today!

  • i feel the big beat the rock of life

  • His book is actually very good..what a life he has lead. I have a new respect for him. LOVE THIS SONG

  • I think my favorite album of his. :)

  • NO COMMENTS? =SAD!!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!
